It's very convenient for the city, the colleges, Waitrose and Addenbrookes hospital, a short cycle across the meadows takes you to nearby wonderful Newnham with its artisan coffee shops and bakeries, speciality food shops and pharmacy.

The self-contained studio flat has its own private lockable entrance and has a small private courtyard, perfect for sitting or growing plants/veggies!
