This is full time let but would consider Monday- Friday let only at a reduced month rate.
Shelford is a lovely well equipped village, it is ideally placed for Addenbrooke’s, Cambridge and the surrounding villages. Shelford Station is a 3 min walk with connections into Cambridge, London and everywhere in between. There is a wealth of local amenities, including restaurants, pubs, a wine bar, takeaways, a bakery, butchers and shops. It's also a wonderful community and we love living here. If you like suburban living, with close proximity to the city but also value peace and quiet, then this is perfect for you.

Wooden floors, a large bedroom with king size bed and inbuilt storage, and a separate bathroom with a walk in shower with an additional storage cupboard for bedding / towels. The open plan living space includes a modern and well equipped kitchen area with a fridge/freezer, combination oven and washing machine, and sitting area with a large sofa and TV.
There is shared use of our driveway with space for one car.
A full time let would require agreement of bi-weekly cleaning by professionals or us due previous experience.
Our ideal lodger would be someone with integrity, quiet and respectful. We want whoever rents this to be happy, so we strive to do everything we can to keep you so.
