Large Double Room in Shelford near Trumpington

The first room available

We have two rooms available to rent. The first one will be available from 16th November and the second will be available at the start of December.

Both rooms are unfurnished. They are large enough to fit double beds plus extra furniture. Both rooms have large wardrobes.

It is a shared house, with four rooms rented out in total, with a small bedroom that is used as a spareroom as it is not large enough to live in. There is a shared bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen is quite large with garden at the back. The living room is shared and is quite large. At the moment it has a sofa, TV, and dining table and chairs. There will also be space to put up a set of shelves if you like.

There are two car parking spots on the drive which will have to share with two other cars. There is also ample street parking. There is also a garage which is used to store bikes and other things.

The rent does not include bills.

This place is close to Trumpington, 5 min drive/15 min walk to Waitrose. Close to the guided bus way cycle path. It takes about 20 minutes to cycle to the Cambridge Station.
