Looking for a someone to rent a room in our 5 bed family home. Myself and my son (grown up) and 2 friendly cats.
Use of kitchen / diner and utility room and all crockery and utensils in the Kitchen, use of garden and washing line.
The room is furnished with a solid wood double bed (space underneath for storage), a double oak wardobe and matching drawers. The Ensuite has a shower, toilet, basin (vanity unit style) and heated light mirror.
Looking for someone with similar living habits to us! early bed, early risers. I work from home with the occasional travel. Would be lovely if the person was into nature, music (musician), reiki (or similar). I also ride a motorbike, so motorcyclists welcome! Can make space in the garage for 1 more!
The house is in a private close and is calm and peaceful!
The rent cost covers basic utilities and council tax but can discuss if extra use is required can mutually agree an extra amount.
