A good sized double room, with a double bed. Tenant will have a private bathroom (next to the room) with a bath. Plenty of space for a desk / drawers in the room.
Hauxton is a great location for someone who wants to be close to Cambridge but enjoys a quiet neighbourhood and being close to nature / trails. It’s about a 20/25 minute cycle to the centre of Cambridge or 15/20 minutes to Addenbrookes, with good cycle routes. We have good access to the A14/M11/A10 and it’s about a 15 minute drive to Cambridge Science Park or 5 minutes to Trumpington Park and Ride. The room includes a parking space on the driveway and there is a shed in the garden for bike / other storage. Shared kitchen and living room space and downstairs bathroom. We have a cleaner that comes every fortnight (also included in rent). You will be living with me (Joey) - my partner (Sam) is going to be training away from home the next couple of years so we are looking to rent the spare room during this time. I will likely also be away quite a lot, but also v friendly and happy to hang :)
