Double room for housemate

We are a professional couple looking for a live-in housemate during the week between Monday and Friday.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood just at the southern edge of Cambridge in Hauxton. 10 min drive/15 min cycle ( 4 miles ) to Addenbrooks, 5 minutes drive/10 min cycle ( 2miles) to the Trumpington Park & Ride with easy access to the Cambridge train station via the guided bus route ( fast bus 5 min to station)

The double bedroom is located on the second floor and has access to the main bathroom that is primarily for the use of the housemate.
We are more than happy to share our big kitchen and the lovely garden with our housemate. We have a double driveway and the road also offers free parking.

Please note: During the current covid situation we both WFH every day. We are therefore unable to host someone that also works from home. But if you are a commuting weekly to Cambridge and worl in an office or on a site in in and around Cambridge during the day, we would love to share our house with you.
