Studio en suite room, kitchenette & private patio

This is a great little studio that captures the evening light through its large patio door/window. It is a space that is separate from the house. This means your living space would not be shared - it is like a small studio flat.

There is no official parking space, but parking in the area is very close and easy (would take about 2 mins to walk to the car). The patio area is fenced off so your space is private.

The bed is single but it can pull out to become a double. The studio has a sizeable wet-room with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror cabinet etc. The Kitchenette is solid wood surfaces, open plan. I have supplied various things, for example, a quality Induction hob and fridge and freezer, and essentials such as a toaster, microwave/oven, kettle, some crockery etc. The table folds down against the wall to allow space when not in use. There is a Poang Chair and a large wooden wardrobe with full-length hanging, storage space and drawers. Our broadband is fast.

Though I've advertised this studio for full-time let, I would consider Monday - Friday lodging. There is no washing machine or TV but I, or you, would be happy to do one wash a week, for example.

The road is a small col-de-sac lane off the main road into Cambridge, so it is quiet yet very accessible for Cambridge, Science Park, Bus Way, or A14/M11.
