We have various rooms available to rent in our 4 bedroom house.

Room 1 - Large Double Room - £575pm
The room is about 5x3 meters and has plenty of space, comes furnished with a solid pine double bed, double wardrobe, chest of draws and bed side tables. There is plenty of space in the room for a large desk. The room is located at the front of the house and has two windows overlooking a green.

Room 2 - Small Double Room + private office - £525pcm
The room has a solid pine double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The room is small but we are offering with this room a second room that can be used as an office/ private lounge etc. This would work well for those working from home.

In addition, we have a large shared kitchen, living room and dining area, garage for storage, utility room.
There is also parking available for up to 3 cars and we have a large garden with patio and pergola.

There is a large shared bathroom with corner bath tub and separate shower cubicle. There is an additional w/c and shower room downstairs.

There are two housemates who are quiet and friendly. We have two friendly cats.

We have 200mb virgin media broadband and all bills are included within the rent.
