Double room for rent in a stunning home in a small village in the countryside, giving easy access to the A14.

There is a large kitchen / diner which is shared, and a large lounge and sun room. The room is not en-suite but the main bathroom is for your exclusive use only and it's right next door. There is also a separate gaming/TV room.

The room has the usual "stuff" (i. e. bed, wardrobe, drawers etc.), wireless net access available in the property. The house has off road parking, and there is a garage / shed for cycle storage or whatever and a garden for BBQs.

There is also a “home gym” in an external summer house to save on gym fees!

We're looking for someone who would want to treat this house like their own home, so more of a home share than a room rent. We'd like someone who is easy going and would see them as a friend rather than a lodger who we could have a glass of wine or a beer with and chat to after a hard day at work. We would like someone who is clean and tidy, and not afraid of a vacuum cleaner!
