A spacious, beautifully decorated and fully furnished character cottage with a large double bedroom, kitchen/ diner, pantry, bathroom and livingroom.

My name is Victoria and I am looking for tenants for my cottage.

While I am technically a live in landlord, I will mostly be using the smaller second bedroom and a downstairs cubby for storage space and will be living with my partner aside from possibly VERY occasional nights sleeping over at the house depending on work. I also have a pottery studio attached to the cottage that I intend to come and use on a semi-regular basis, so I won't be a stranger but I would always let tenants know when I was intending to come to the house.

This means that prospective tenants would have lots of privacy and almost complete run of the house, from the kitchen diner area to the cosy living room and patio space, without having to share the bathroom.

The bedroom is very spacious, with a kingsized bed and bedside tables on both sides. There is a double wardrobe and large chest of drawers

Ideally I would like to rent to a couple for £1000 with all bills included.

The property has a living room with a TV built into the bookshelves, a log burner and a comfortable sofa that pulls out to make a bed for guests. There is kitchen with a pantry, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom with an electric shower and a spacious upstairs landing with an additional sofa. Outside, there is a small patio garden area with seating under an awning and 2 offroad parking spaces.

The village of Tilbrook has a wonderful pub and excellent road links to the A1 and A14, with easy access to Huntingdon, St Neots and Rushden. I personally commute to Cambridge and St Neots Train Station has trains to London. Various supermarkets can be found within a short drive and Rushden Lakes shopping centre is only 20 minutes away.
