The bedroom

Decent-sized furnished double bedroom on the top floor of a 3-storey 4-bedroom townhouse (plus use of a spare bedroom for a desk, if needed).

Located in the gorgeous Brampton Park RAF development.

It's a south-facing bedroom so it's nice and bright, with a double bed with a very comfortable mattress. Good amount of wardrobe space with drawers, too. And a bedside cabinet. There's a small spare bedroom on the same floor that you could put a desk in, if you need to work from home occasionally, too.

Comes with a big shared living room, kitchen, and dining room. 2 other housemates, both male, both very friendly, and very neat and tidy (though one of them spends almost all his time at his partner's house, so is basically never home).

There is a lovely bathroom also on the top floor with a bath and powerful rainfall shower, and a heated towel rail. This bathroom will be just for you and the existing (VERY neat and clean) person who rents the other room on the same floor. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor, too.

I can be very flexible with viewing as I work from home. All current housemates are lovely people and all get on very well.

There is a large living room on the 1st floor that all lodgers can use, with a big corner sofa, TV, and soundbar.

There is a large garage that you can use for storage, bikes, etc.

This is a newly built (3-year-old) semi-detached home on the beautiful Brampton Park development. The local Co-op is a 3-minute walk away and there's a lovely wooded area at the end of the street. Huntingdon is only a 5-minute drive away.

Looking preferably for professionals who are clean, neat, and tidy. All lodgers will be responsible for keeping their rooms and bathrooms clean. No smokers, please. 100% no smoking in the house, but I don’t want smoking in the garden or on the driveway, either - sorry!

There's a driveway with space for two cars and plenty of parking on the street (which is a very quiet road).

It's a lovely place to live and the neighbours are all nice, too.
