Room to rent in bluntisham

I have a double room to rent in the lovely village of bluntisham, situated on a quiet rd but not on an estate .
It’s walking distance to local shops , which include gym, petrol station, with shop, bakery ,cafe, chip shop, barbers ,& car wash, pub has outside caterers at the weekend . Pub in colne does lovely food .
Clean tidy house well reasonably clean as I have a golden retriever so if you have fur allergies or just don’t like animals this property is not for you.
Looking for someone who is professional that works away from the house ,who is friendly ,outgoing, clean & tidy .
The room has a double bed a set of drawers ,clothes airier, clothes rail, bedside cupboard .
In the kitchen you will have your own food cupboard you would be sharing the fridge freezer with my other lodger, you have full use of all the kitchen equipment no need to wash up as I have a dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer & clothes lines outside .
You would be sharing the main bathroom with my other lodger,
Plenty of off road parking as a car is a must as buses are few ,but easy access to Cambridge on the guided bus .
