Great friendly place to live. (Working professionals only).

The house is cosy, double glazed and heated by gas radiators. The room is furnished with new bed, wardrobe & storage. Strong Wifi signal throughout house. The room is also air conditioned and had black out curtains, which is useful if you work shifts. It is a very quiet village and safe.

There is a separate bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs.

Friendly house which is shared with working professional female and polite, friendly teenage son. We have a couple of small dogs, which are adorable.

Our home is a great place to live in a safe village (Alconbury Weston), 5 minutes from the A1 / A14 (20 mins to Peterborough / 20 mins to Cambridge and 10 mins to Huntingdon Rail station).

I have a smaller room available too and may consider Monday - Fridays with a reduced rate. Short or long term lets considered.

My current lodger is moving shortly as his work location has changed.

I am happy to help with some extras too for no extra charge, i. e. washing and providing the odd meal.
