The property is easily accessible for both guided busway and bus stop and are in 5 mins walking distance. Also, Cambridge Science Park is 15 minutes by bike and is conveniently located close to A14. There is a convenience store next to the bus stop. Impington Sports Centre is in 10 mins walking distance.
The room comes furnished with an en-suite; includes fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, access to shared washing machine(weekly once), and a basic cutlery and crockery set. It has a separate independent entrance and is also well ventilated.
We are looking at £212.50 per week with all bills included with a required deposit of one month advance(£850.00).
The room is for single occupancy, non-smokers only, and no pets.
