I have a spacious double room to rent in my 2 bed home in the village of Isleham. We have a co-op, Chinese,3 pubs and a community centre in the village. Nearest train stations are Ely, Newmarket and Kennett.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and linen.
The house consists of a shared lounge, kitchen diner and bathroom with use of all amenities with myself as the live in landlady.
Use of one parking space and a large garden.
Monday to Friday lettings, no night shift work and single occupancy. Bills and wi-Fi included in rent.
I am a professional, friendly, easy going and house proud lady looking for a similar person to share and enjoy my home.
In our current covid situation, cleanliness is a must and I would be happy to discuss rota’s for bathroom/kitchen use if preferred.
