Spacious room in semi-detached property in Littleport. Bedroom is furnished with king-sized bed, drawers, wardrobe and dressing table/desk if required. Communal space includes
- large living room
- kitchen (with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher)
- conservatory (with dining table)
- utility room (washing machine)
- upstairs bathroom (with bath, shower over bath, sink, toilet, towel rail)
- downstairs loo

The garden is very large, which is great if you have green fingers. There is a parking space and garage/sheds for bicycle storage. The house is close to shops, dog park, communal garden and recreation ground.
Approximately 20 min walk to Littleport train station with hourly trains to Ely/Cambridge/London or Kings Lynn and half hourly at peak times. About 15 min drive to Ely station with more regular trains in more directions.

I'm friendly, creative and considerate, looking for a friendly and considerate lodger. I work from home a few days a week, so would ask you to be quiet during these times. Happy for you to work from home also, and can provide a desk if required or there is plenty of space in the room if you would like to bring your own desk.
Bills are included. I am open to considering couples/short term/Mon-Fri/pets lets and would adjust the rates accordingly. I will consider mature students, post graduates and phd students.
