Easy going professional required to share this 12 month old property. Immaculate interior with downstairs cloakroom, spacious shared kitchen/ breakfast room, living room and bathroom. Bedroom has access to internet, tv points and double built in double wardrobe so the person can enjoy their own space and interact as little or as much as they want. Decent size garden to enjoy during the summer. If you're a dab hand at gardening even better..........I need tips as I'm certainly not green fingered. One allocated parking space and Longstanton park and ride is between a 5 to 10 minute walk from the property with links to Cambridge (circa20 minutes) and St. Ives (circa 10 minutes)

Some people may be put off by live in landlords, I certainly was when looking before I bought a property, but all I ask is that house rules, of which there aren't many, are observed and respect for myself and the property which above all is my home.

Must be clean, tidy and like cats as Molly (my moggy) is the queen of the household, until she decides to claw the brand new carpet which is highly frustrating!!
