Double room in second floor flat, converted from offices 3 years ago . Close to Peterborough City Hospital (walking distance) and Bretton centre (with Dominos, Sainsbury's, Aldi, gym, Bus stop , bank, GP, Fish'n'chips, Chinese, Boots, Costa etc).

Flat overlooks carpark and woods onto the A47 but you can't hear any traffic even at peak times.

Fully furnished, -except for bedlinen and towels. Laminate floor throughout.

There are blinds but have additional black out curtains for those light sleepers.

Annually gas elec. Electricity checked last year (only need this checking every 5 years)
