Tastefully presented double bedroom, fully furnished (double bed, bedside tables, desk, mirrored wardrobe with chest of drawers). A desk can be provided if one is not already in the room to help you work from home. All the furniture is on wheels making it easy for tenants to rearrange the room if they wish to. Fresh carpets, modern furniture, loads of light and featured coloured walls giving the room a luxury and contemporary feel.

We’re not your typical letting agency. Hopefully, you can see from the above that we take pride in our house shares and are careful about selecting the right people to live in them. We are a small, family run business. We are the first and only letting agency in Peterborough focused solely on house shares. It is all we do and without blowing our own trumpet, we’re pretty good at it. But don’t take our word for it. See some of our testimonials below. Plus, we only manage 12- high end house shares all in the same area. This means we can offer a personal service and not be stretched by managing hundreds of rooms and not knowing any of our tenants. We know each one of them. With us you won’t be just a number.

We only have 3 rules:
1- Respect your fellow housemates.
2- Respect the property.
3- Pay your rent on the 1st of each month.

In exchange we will never increase your rent, we will always deal with maintenance issues quickly, make sure that you always have someone to contact and that any new tenant keeps to the high standards we set, and you expect.

🤷‍♂‍ Why choose an agent over a property managed by a landlord/ landlady?
What happens if your landlord goes on holiday? Or gets sick? Or you have a disagreement with them, and they choose to ignore your calls and texts? When using a letting agent, you have a very important third party between you and the owner to help resolve issues on your behalf, as well as a specialist company with multiple agents on call at the end of the phone 24/7.

🏘Other rooms we have available
At any one time we can have multiple rooms available from cheap doubles around £350pcm or large luxury en-suites up to £595pcm. All our house shares and rooms are the same high standard in the same areas. If this room is not quite what you’re looking for, but you want to know what else we have available then just drop us a message and we can try to find something that fits your needs.

😭Now for the sad part. Unfortunately, our house shares are not for everyone. I'm afraid we cannot accept housing benefits, couples, pets or children in any of our house shares. Sorry to the dog owners. We wish we could but it’s just not possible in house shares.
