One bedroom to let Monday - Friday in a quiet ground floor flat in a nice part of Hampton. Furnished with a single bed, bedside table/ shelves and use of part of a wardrobe and use of own private bathroom. Shared living area/kitchen and terrace. There's also a bike shed and plenty of parking.
The area is really convenient for the A1 (5 mins), the centre of town (15 mins) there's a Tesco and an Aldi not very far away and there are some corner shops and takeaways & restaurants in Hampton Vale itself.
All bills included and internet available. There's no TV or TV license, so if you want to get a TV or watch BBC/live TV then you're welcome to get a TV license.
You'd be sharing with me and my partner. I'm ideally looking for somebody who isn't doing late shifts or really early starts and will look after the flat as if it were their own. We have a cat, so you'd also need to like or tolerate cats!
