We have a Self-contained Studio room with Mini kitchen with own Fridge/Freezer, microwave and hotplate. Fitted Wall and base units provide plenty of storage. Study desk available.

All rooms comes with Double bed & orthopaedic mattress, chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe, mirror and a bedside table. USB charging point and TV aerial point in the the room should you wish to have your own TV.

The house has everything you would want from your own property, the main kitchen is fully equipped including Induction hob, Oven, Washer dryer and communal areas cleaned regularly. We will provide you with crockery and cooking utensils in the main kitchen to make your move much easier.

Bills? Don’t worry, that is covered too (Gas/Electric, Water, Council Tax, Super-fast Fibre optic WIFI).

The house is situated in an excellent area of Hampton Hargate and close to all local amenities such as Tesco Extra, Shops, restaurants, bars, gym and close to the A1(M) and a short drive or bike ride to the town centre.
