The property is situated not far from the City
Centre, across the road from the hospital, 10-15 minutes from Bretton Centre, and is close to all bus routes into the Centre (every 10 minutes).
The area is very quiet and not overlooked.
Use of shared kitchen, shared shower-room and shared living area.
(We have three Lhasapoo's (Lhasa Apso cross Poodle) who are non-shedding and very friendly they do bark as they are dogs!).
Monday to Friday lets are preferred but full time is negotiable.
TERMS
The rent is payable in advance with deposit, and is inclusive of all utility bills and wifi internet access.
