Room to rent in Hempsted, Peterborough

473 PCM includes everything such as rent, utilities, council tax, broadband, TV licence. I am looking for a new housemate to move in at my rented property in Hempsted, Peterborough where I still currently reside. The house is a new build in a quiet location, 10 mins from the city centre and with quick links to the A1. The house contains a shared kitchen and living room, 2 toilets and a garden. The room available to rent is big enough to fit a double bed in if required and comes with a wardrobe already which belongs to myself. I am looking for a housemate who is reliable, currently working and is clean and tidy. I myself work shifts so will wake up and get in during slightly unsociable times (earliest would be 05:00 and latest would be 02:00 depending on the shift). Bare in mind the letting agency who I rent my house from will charge to put any applicants through referencing. Upon completion and acceptance of this, a deposit for damages will need to be paid and the first months rent/bills upfront. Please email me with any further questions or to apply.
