Character house - 2 spare rooms - near Peterboro

I'm a live in landlord with two doggies and looking to fill one of my spare rooms. I've lived in the property for two years and have always has lodgers.

I'm very clean and tidy most of the time but mainly because I'm not there that often. I'm always out either doing horses or seeing friends so you'll have the house to yourselves a lot of the time. TV with Netflix that's for everyone to use and obviously kitchen and shared bathroom. There's plenty of room for you to bring your own things but I also don't mind people borrowing my stuff as long as it's replaced when it runs out/breaks.

I have two doggies, a border terrier and a sausage dog and they're really friendly and clean too. They have their own Instagram page you can check out if you want to see them: chunky_and_friends (totes advertising)

The previous occupants have been a mixture of male and female so I'm open to either.

I'd like people that are respectful of property, clean and tidy and fairly independent because I'm not there to socialise that much (must love dogs.)

All bills are included and its £100 per week, ideally Monday to Friday.
