Double room to let in a house in Sawston with bills included. It is a good size double room with a queen size bed, mirror, bedside table and bookshelves. I’m not sure why the advert states it’s a 6-bedroom house, it’s a Victorian 2-bedroom terrace!

There are good bus links to Cambridge and it’s only a short distance from the nearest train station. A cycle path also links to Addenbrookes and to Cambridge.

I am a 30-year-old female teacher looking to rent out my spare bedroom for short term lets in June/July (up until the 20th). I am out of the house all day Monday-Friday during term time, but around most evenings and weekends.

The house has a shared bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. There is also a kitchen, living room, dining room and sizeable garden.

My house is in a quiet area of Sawston, but has shops close by and easy access to Cambridge.
