Tidy double room for a quiet, tidy person Mon-Fri

Double room in a quiet house in a quiet street. I'm very picky who I live with and would like to meet anyone first before renting the room out.
I've rented out rooms before and know what works for me. Apologies for the long list of "No's"
No shift workers please. 9-5 ish only
No over-night guests (I'm only renting to one person)
No smokers, vapers, drugs
Please be prepared to meet before I make a decision about renting it. I'm after a quiet, tidy person.
Bedding is not included however I can lend you some until you get yours.
Plenty of parking outside the property.

Room includes double bed, drawers, cupboard, mirror, armchair, blind and curtains.

For short term lets, 1-4 weeks then £150 per week on a Monday to Friday basis
