2 rooms available in a spacious and beautifully decorated 4 bed/3 story town-house in Soham. I do not live there myself (2 bedrooms will be out of use) therefore the 2 people renting the rooms will be the sole occupants.

THE HOUSE

The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, and comfy lounge with a large corner sofa and snuggle chair. There is also a dining table and chairs. Downstairs WC, main house bathroom with a bath/shower, and the master bedroom has an en suite. All three bathrooms were newly fitted less than 2 years ago.

There is an enclosed garden with a grass area and a small terrace with a table and chairs. Ample parking is available (inc private space infant of garage).

MASTER BEDROOM

This covers the entire top floor (3rd floor) of the property. It is fully furnished and has two large built in wardrobes. There is a dressing area which would have space for a desk for home working if required (not provided), as well as an en suite.

DOUBLE BEDROOM

Comfortable fully furnished double bedroom (on middle floor), with access to main bathroom. Complete with 2 x bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

LOCATION

10 minutes drive to Ely, 10 mins drive to A14/Newmarket or 16 miles from Newmarket Road P&R (Cambs). New station is planned to open at the end of 2021 which will give links to Ely and onwards to Cambs.

TENANTS

The house is furnished to a high standard, initially for me to live in, not to rent out. I am looking for considerate professional tenants. Those renting the 2 rooms will be the sole residents - (I'm happy to consult any initial tenant re the suitability of the second person to move in, to ensure all parties are comfortable).
