Gorgeous Double room

A delightful double room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom shared house in a great quiet location. The room comes furnished with a double bed and bedside cabinet, I am happy if you would like to remove or add furniture with prior agreement. Similarly the walls have been left bare for you to personalise. There is additional cupboard and hanging space available. There is a shared bathroom with a toilet and shower bathtub. The kitchen is recently renovated with a fridge freezer and additional freezer space outside. There is a dishwasher and washing machine available to use. The house has recently undergone major work and has a new combi boiler fitted, along with insulated windows.
The room has recently undergone a deep clean after work was completed.

Soham is a quiet town just east of Cambridge, and is about a 25-30 drive to Cambridge centre. There is a train station 10 minute walk away which links to Ely station where you can get direct trains to Cambridge or London. Similarly Ely and Newmarket are both a 15 minute drive. Soham has an Asda and a CO-OP, Ely and Newmarket Both have Tesco and Waitrose superstores.
Street parking is located outside the house and is free and no permits are required. Parking works on a first come first serve basis.
Rent includes all bills and fibre 500 broadband. I am open to discussions around monthly payments.

About me:
I am 20 years old and doing an engineering apprenticeship in Cambridge, I work earlier mornings so usually back home earlier in the evening. I love to cook and enjoy playing and watching sport. I enjoy the home life, and spend of my evenings chilling out, going for a walk and watching Netflix or catching up with friends or family. However I do enjoy an evening out to the pub or in Cambridge occasionally. I love to cook and really enjoy cooking homely meals in the evening. I have a pet tortoise, Monty who currently lives inside but is very chilled.

About you:
I am looking for a female as I am also female, preferably aged 18-23 who's currently in education or work. I would like someone easy to get along with. Someone who cares and respects for the shared areas of the house. I am happy for you have friends or partners over as long you give me heads up. I don't mind shift patterns or if you enjoy going out in the evening as long as you are respectful to the neighbours when coming back.
