Rooms to rent in St Ives: good links to A14/busway

Two large double (one is en-suite) rooms to rent.
The non en-suite shares a bathroom with a maximum of the one other lodger and occasionally the landlord.

The space is not suitable for home-workers, shift workers or pets.

The rooms are fully furnished and each has their own tv.

The house is in a relatively new development in St Ives, nearby bus stop for the guided busway. It is also close to the (old) A14; very handy for Cambridge, Huntingdon and Peterborough. Off road parking is available, shared kitchen, broadband is included, other bills are included subject to fair usage.

Security deposit is one month in hand and is returned within one week of your departure, subject to any damage etc.

Full-time workers and non-smokers only (non-negotiable).

We are friendly housemates, who enjoy a chat and the occasional meal/bottle of wine around the kitchen table. This is a professional household, no parties etc. We are very respectful of our neighbours, and they in turn are respectful of us. We are looking for someone mature, self-sufficient and respectful.
