Monday to Friday room, a large private room on ground floor.
Own shower room. Kettle, fridge and microwave in room. Access to washing up. No kitchen.
4 pervious very happy lodgers over the last few years.
Your room is separate from our living space.
We only share the back door, that is your ‘front door’. You go left we go right.
Rent is weekly but can be paid on a monthly basis (can be discussed)
Reference/proof of job.
Monday to Friday only and no permanent evening/night shifts please.
Will suit a professional with short term work in the area.
NONSMOKING.
No access to kitchen for cooking but you will have a Kettle, Microwave oven and Fridge in your room and access to washing up facilities.
No access to washing machine.
Its 10 mins walk to St Neots train station and 10 min to the high street, shops, gym and cinema, 5 mins to the park, 30min on bus to Cambridge and Bedford. Parking if needed is plenty on our street.

It’s a large room with double bed, chest of drawers, mirror, wifi, arm chair, cupboard and hanging space.
Private shower room (not ensuite but next to bedroom)
Kettle and microoven in room and small 'drinks fridge'.
Access to washing-up facilities, bathroom cleaning products/hoover.
You keep your room and toilet clean.
NO access to kitchen or any other part of the house.
NO access to washing machine.
Entrance door(outside door) /back door lobby next to room, is shared with us.

Two weeks deposit and a weeks rent up front, length of contract can be discussed but 3 months initially.
To be left as found when moving out, clean and tidy.
