Large private room, with view over the garden in a family house and a dog.
2 previous happy lodgers over the last 2 years and few on airb&b.
The room is separate from our living and kitchen area. We only share the back door entrance. You go left we go right.
Rent is weekly but can be paid on a monthly basis (can be discussed)
Monday to Friday and no permanent evening/night shifts please.
Will suit a professional with short term work in the area.
NONSMOKING.
Kettle, microwave oven and fridge in room.
NO access to kitchen or washing machine.
10 mins walk to St Neots train station and 10 min to the high street, shops, gym and cinema. 30min on bus 905 to Cambridge and Bedford. Parking if needed is plenty on the road.

Its a large room with small double bed, chest of drawers, mirror, wifi, desk and chair and hanging space behind the door/small cupboard.
Own private shower room (not ensuite but next to bedroom)
Kettle and microoven in room and small 'drinks fridge'.
Access to washing-up facilities, and bathroom cleaning products/hoover but NO access to kitchen or any other part of the house. NO access to washing machine.
Entrance door(outside door) /back door lobby, next to room is shared with us.

Two weeks deposit and a weeks rent up front, length of contract can be discussed but max 3 months initially.
To be left as found when moving out.
Cleaned and tidy.
