Spare room: this is the main room I am letting out and it is taken till 28th August. Maximum stay 3 months (760).
In summer, the other room is being rented out but for 2-3 week stay only. Its taken till 19th August. .
For this: one week is £220
2 weeks £420 and 3 weeks is £600
All bills are included.
The house is new and everything is new. The en-suite has a double bed and a desk. Happy to arrange viewing.
The house is 2 min on foot from St Neots station and there is an allocated parking slot.
I just got a puppy which is not allowed upstairs.
