My spareroom will become available on the 1st of April. I am looking for someone to live with us and to treat it as home.
The person will stay at a double bedroom- ensuite- rent is £690 a month. Plus £60 Bills
The house is new and everything is new. New furniture is added to the room for better storage. The house is 4 mins on foot from St Neots station and there is an allocated parking slot.
I work 3 days a week, so I am away all days pretty much. My partner works from home downstairs.
Limited access to living space as our desks are downstairs. Absolutely you will have access to kitchen, cooking moderately. Feel free to-use kitchen/ kitchenware.
The room is advertised on Airbnb as well. Daily rate is £52!
