Large double room in professional household

This is a double room which is in my own home. My house is located in Stanground, just a two minute walk from the local Nisa shop.

The room has two cupboards, both of which have hanging rails.
A bookcase, a chest of drawers, one set of bed sheets and towels are also provided. There are drawers under the bed for extra storage.

I'm looking for a housemate who is clean, tidy and respectful. The living room and kitchen will be shared so I would ideally like to find someone with similar interests.
The bathroom will also be shared.
Although I have stated a 6 month maximum term, I may consider extending this.

Electricity, gas, water and internet/TV will be included in the rent, but you will need to arrange your own contents insurance.

There is off-road parking available, and there is a bus stop at the top of the road.

I will consider potential lodgers who are looking for either full time or Monday to Friday availability.
