Shared spaces include a large lounge/living room and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen/diner, with plenty of flora - ideally looking for someone who enjoys plants, and is happy to take care of them.

The property boasts two bathrooms (main, and a secondary toilet). The third bedroom is converted into an office (that turns into a guest single bed), which is available for non-exclusive use to the lodger.

Although live-in, the landlords spend regular time abroad, meaning the property will be often free for the lodger to enjoy.

It is located within a 3 bed house within the Vicarage Meadow estate, and boasts private off-road parking, and a private garden.

The property is located in Stow cum Quy, the first village out of Cambridge towards Newmarket. Excellent connections to A14 & M11, as well as east and north Cambridge in particular. The village boasts a gym/health club, a great local pub, and a vibrant community. Lots of wonderful walks in the proximity (Quy Hall & park, Lode & Anglesey Abbey).
