Very large double room

Fully furnished large double room with built in wardrobes - you'll only need bed sheets, duvet and pillows. The bed is a double bed (the bed in the picture is actually going with my housemate when she moves but there will be a double bed with underbed drawers going in to replace it). The house has two bedrooms so you'd only be sharing with myself and my dog, so any potential housemates would need to be ok with dogs :) she's very friendly! You'll have access to communal spaces (also all furnished). These are the kitchen, bathroom, living room, conservatory and garden. The TV downstairs has Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and NowTV which you are welcome to use. Also iPlayer etc. You're welcome to bring your own kitchen stuff but also welcome to use plates bowls etc. That are already here :)

The bathroom upstairs is a Jack and Gill bathroom so it connects to the two rooms (there are locks on the doors!). Has a separate shower cubicle and bath. There's a shower downstairs in my office that is currently getting repaired so once that is complete the shower upstairs will mostly be used by you. The garden is really big (in the picture it extends further back from the gate) so plenty of outdoor space that's lovely in the summer. Lots of lovely walks around the village too.

I'm a tidy and respectful 24 year old female. Happy to socialise in the evenings like having dinner together, watching movies but do also like to have my own space and time to myself sometimes and respect other people's need for their own space too. I like to see my friends/family on the weekends and like to go away camping or go for hikes and long walks with the dog so would suit someone independent.

All bills are included - including broadband.
