1 double room in the quiet village of sutton

The room

1 double room available at £500pcm. The house is down a nice quiet cul-de-sac and it is a terraced house, with 2 parking spaces and there are also several visitor spaces on the estate too. It's around a 12 minute drive to Ely train station and there are also zipper buses that travel from the top of the road between the train station and Lancaster way business park regularly.

The house is a 2 bed, with a nice size bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen and living room. There is also a decent sized garden which is a real sun trap in the summer!

I have 2 very quiet and friendly animals living with me, 1 cat and 1 dog... any interested tenants MUST be good with animals as they will most likely visit you in your room regularly for cuddles.

I currently live alone and I work 5 days a week, I'm quite introverted and tend to have quiet evenings in to recharge but I'm always happy to have a chat or give whoever lives here space to do their own thing too.

I don't mind the future tenant having a partner stay a night or 2 but the room is not big enough for a couple to live here. I would also appreciate some notice before any visitors come over.

My ideal house mate, would be in permanent employment, have good financial stability, be friendly, respectful, trustworthy, tidy, hygienic and be relatively easy going. I have put minimum and maximum ages but anyone will be considered.
