Three double rooms in large rural house

There are three double rooms available in this lovely, large house, from 21st September 2020.

The house is in Swaffham Prior, a village 20 minutes from both Cambridge and Newmarket, with busses to both. The house is very large, with shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, utility room, downstairs toilet, and large garden. There is also off-street parking.

There is one large downstairs bedroom, one large upstairs bedroom, and one smaller upstairs bedroom (with that person getting a second smaller room for an office/sofa room/ etc.). The smaller bedroom fits a queen sized bed and wardrobe no problem.

I have lived at the property for three years with other young professionals, but unfortunately they have now decided to move back to their respective homes. Rather than leaving the house (as it's very cheap for what we get and a lovely place to live), I want to try and continue to live here. I have just qualified as an accountant and am currently working at home.

The rent if £550 per month, including bills. Minimum term of three months is preferred. Unfortunately the bedrooms are unfurnished, and I will need to get sofas as one of the current people owns them.

Ideally I'd like to live with young professionals who like to socialise, not just people who want to live in the same house. I'm clean and tidy. I do have a cat - pets are welcome, although will need to be confirmed with the landlord too. I do enjoy going to the pub and an occasional night out or in, but am respectful of noise etc.

I would also be willing to buddy up and find a place in central Cambridge, if I couldn't fill this house. The notice is effective from 22nd August, so I need to try and fill this place quickly unfortunately!

I would advise being able to drive if you are interested in this house - there is a bus but it is infrequent. I didn't drive for the first few months of living here and it was more difficult.
