Room for rent in new home near Addenbrooks

This is for a nicely decorated room in a two-bedroom house. The house is very clean and tidy. I am a professional who works in Cambridge and there are no pets in the property and it is smoke-free. I look after my daughter Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings.

The house is located in a beautiful quiet residential area adjacent to Addenbrooke's hospital and the biomedical campus. The area is well presented, peaceful and the neighbors are very friendly.

The rental is for one of the bedrooms and comes furnished with quality furnishings (bed, desk and chair, inbuilt closet with full length mirror, drawers and is very light with big windows)

If you are a student and would like bed linens, towels and food provided, and clothes laundered, please let me know and these can be provided for an additional add on to the rent.

You have use of the kitchen (including washing machine, dishwasher etc), the bathroom (has shower and bath) and there is also a downstairs toilet. There is parking near the house and there is bicycle storage in the garden of the house.

The cost includes utility bills and free fiber optic broadband (wifi).

Also, there will be a cleaner who will clean the whole house once per week.

The house is located very close to the junction of the A10/M11 and is located adjacent to Addenbrook's and the Bio Medical Campus as well as the cycle path/busway to Cambridge Train Station. So the travel connections are excellent.
