The house is a detached house in Trumpington just 15 mins by bike from centre of town, 10 mins from Addenbrookes Hospital. Bus stop and Park & Ride is just minutes away. Off-street parking; front and rear gardens, with storage shed and space for bikes. High-speed internet, large fully-equipped open plan kitchen-diner with two large fridge/freezers and dishwasher and huge living room with nature lime stone flooring.
The room itself is a single with a single bed, Small wardrobe and desk & chair. Cleaning duties shared between the flatmates on a weekly basis. Room is free from 16th July and all bills included.
