Hello,
I'm Clare! I am looking for a friendly, tidy and female lodger for a long term stay. The room is available from the 1st August and I am looking for someone who wants to live in a calm and relaxed home environment. The room is a light and airy double with a private en-suite. The house is on a small private development of 9 houses and is situated just minutes away from Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge BioMedical Campus and close to the M11. Cambridge train station is a 10 minute cycle and Cambridge city centre 15 min cycle. The rent includes all bills.
The house has a garden and shed for storing bikes. You would be sharing with me and my current housemate. We are both busy professionals, we get on very well and enjoys dinners together but enjoy our own space too. We are looking for someone to complement the nice living arrangement we have here. I also have a little black Cat called Toulouse who is very friendly so it would be a bonus if you like cats! Looking forward to hearing from you if you are interested ;-)
