Fun HMO in Trumpington

We're in Trumpington, a 2 minute walk from the Park and Ride for buses to the city centre (typically a 10-15 min journey), the train station, and Cambridge biomedical campus. There is a supermarket less than a 10 minute walk away, and it's a 15 min bike ride to the train station or city centre.

The current housemates are varied in interests and hobbies. We have two children’s book illustrators, one financial advisor, one scientist and a perfusionist (stops hearts for a living). We like to watch TV together in the evenings, go to cafes, pubs, gym.

The house has 8 bedrooms, including 7 doubles and 1 small single that we use as storage/a spare room where friends can stay when coming to visit.

There is a large living area and kitchen with dining space, and a laundry room. 7 may seem like a lot of people, but the house is large enough that it doesn't feel overcrowded. There are two ovens and hobs, and loads of fridge/freezer/cupboard space. Most housemates are home during the week, and normally 2-5 on the average weekend. There is plenty of free, on-street parking available, and a padlocked shed for bike storage.

We are ideally looking for someone who is tidy and and looking to make friends and get involved with house life, as opposed to someone who is just looking for a place to stay.

The room includes bed, shelves, chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe.
