All kitchen appliances, kitchenware and cutlery are available to you, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer (shared between 2 lodgers), oven & hob and microwave etc. High speed WiFi available for number of devices. Rent includes all bills except utility bills. The utility bills are shared between 2 lodgers and the landlady.

Easy access to Addenbrookes Hospital (with walking distance or perfectly for cycling), train station and Cambridge city centre by bus (approximately 1 minute walk to the bus stops). Waitrose supermarket and local post office and other shops within 5 minutes walking distance. A number of local pubs & restaurants and GP within walking distance too. Allocated parking is available at the back of the house.
