Waterbeach House Share, 10 mins walk to station

This house is in a brilliant spot, just a 10-minute walk to Waterbeach Station, with several bus routes nearby that get you into Cambridge in around 20–25 minutes. The village has everything you need: a couple of welcoming pubs, a One-Stop, another handy convenience shop/post office, bakery, a fantastic pizza place, a great curry house, and plenty of scenic footpaths and running routes by the water. It’s a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

The house has two newly renovated bathrooms (one with a bath and shower, and another shower downstairs). There’s loads of communal space, including a large living room, a cosy dining area, and a big conservatory that works well for meals, game nights, studying or just relaxing with a coffee. We have microphone/karaoke set up in the living room too.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing Machine. A separate dryer is located in the garage. There’s a parking spot on site. There's plenty of street parking for guests/extra cars. We have space in the garage for bicycles. We have 2 exercise bikes in the conservatory, you can move them to the living room temporarily if you want to cycle and watch tv at the same time.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe/closet space, drawers and a bedside table. All bills are included such as council tax, gas, electric, water and fast Wi-Fi (we have a wifi extender), Netflix, Apple tv and Prime. You are able to move furniture around or put unneeded furniture in the garage. You’re free to put up wall décor or photos to personalize the space.

There are four people living here in total.
We (the married live-in landlords, both 35) are only home about 6 weeks per year. The two full-time housemates are working professional females, ages 27 and 30.
