Room In Whittlesey

Room available in a quiet home, looking for tidy respectful person to share my home. There is an off road parking space for 1 car additional to my own car.
I have a cat, he’s a friendly chap - tends to sleep most of the time or just wants fuss 😊. Liking cats would be a bonus as he will likely want to be nosey / badger you for attention / food usually.

I work long hours usually with evening work. I’d need someone who would be appreciative of my work / home life.

The bedroom is furnished but can also be unfurnished if required. There is a shower room adjacent to the room but is shared.

There is good WiFi throughout the house.
I can provide tv and fire stick for tv access if needed.

I have another room, for the right person - this is currently being decorated and will need to be furnished.

You will have access to the bedroom you occupy, the shared shower room upstairs, living room as in the photos, kitchen, dining room and utility / laundry room.

For privacy the other rooms in the house will not be shared other than as stated above.
