Clean and sociable, animal loving lodger wanted :)

Hello! I’m Anna!

I have two double rooms going in my house. You’d be sharing with me ( 31 y/o Msc student, veterinary assistant) my cat Orlando, my two dogs Limmy and Tess and my ferrets! Ferrets live in the garden! All very friendly, if a little shy at first.

Ideally I’m looking for girls to share with as one of my dogs is sometimes scared of men. But a calm man would also be fine:)

During the week I’m in bed by 10pm and up at 5:30/6 but like to relax and spend time outside / bbq / have friends over ( post lockdown of course!) on the weekends.

The house isn’t a party house but would love a social person who would like to hang out and make the house a home with me.

The rent PCM is inclusive of most utility bills , with the added cost of a weekly cleaner and a TV licence if you want one ( I don’t watch TV!)

The larger room also has a pine double wardrobe and a king sized bed in.

There is also a little office with desk and shelving in. If one person wanted to pay extra for one room and exclusive use of the office, I would be open to t hat and we could meet in the middle
