Entire flat available Monday to Friday

Hi, I am Rosie and I am seeking a lodger Monday-Friday for my flat in Willingham, Cambridgeshire. I have lived here for 3 years but due to a career change am myself lodging down south Monday-Friday, leaving my flat free during the working week.

Willingham is a lively village approximately 25 minutes drive from Cambridge, and about 30 minutes drive from St Ives. The Longstanton park and ride and guided busway are about 5 minutes drive/30 minutes walk from the flat (I also have a bike available if this was needed to cycle to the busway). The village has 3 pubs, a co-op and one-stop, barbers/hairdressers, fish and chip shop, indian restaurant, beauty salon, hardware shop and more - everything you need on your doorstep really, but in a pretty, quiet location with walks etc too.

The flat is on the upstairs floor of a two storey building, and is situated on a bridle path with nice village views. There is a car park at the back with an allocated space available for you.

The living room is cosy yet bright, with tv and a desk/computer screen etc which you are welcome to use if needed or for working from home. One rather unusual feature of the living room is my rescue pet turtle, Burtle (it’s a long story….)He stays in his tank and doesn’t cause any trouble, and I would do all the necessary care for him when I am home at the weekends.

The kitchen is small but perfectly formed with plenty of storage space.

The hallway benefits from a large built in coat/shoe cupboard, and airing cupboard. There is also a separate small utility cupboard with a washing machine and additional freezer in it.

The bathroom is a decent size and has a shower over the bath, and again plenty of storage space.

The room available is cosy and bright with small double bed, drawers, and open wardrobe.
