Bright, clean, modern double room available in quiet village location!

Rent includes the following bills: gas, electric, water, council tax & wifi.

The house has a large garden that backs onto fields and a private driveway for off-road parking. The village has a co-op, onestop, coffee shop (with bar in the summer!) and 2 pubs.

Central Cambridge and train station are roughly a 20 min drive away. Cambridge North station is also about 20 mins away. The guided bus park & ride stop at Longstanton is 5 mins away and goes to central Cambridge, Addenbrookes, and both train stations, (as well as St Ives & Huntingdon in the opposite direction), and has free parking.

St Ives is roughly 15 mins away and has coffee shops, pubs, bars, nail & tanning salons, gyms and supermarkets.

I’m looking for someone friendly and tidy, as I do like to keep the house clean and tidy. I enjoy a catch up over a coffee (or wine!), but also respect the need to have your own space to relax.

I work full time, mostly from home, so would prefer someone who works out of the house most of the time.

I enjoy spending time with friends & family, walking, gym, gigs, travelling and going out for food & drinks.
