I am a live in landlord in a Large character End Terrace in Alderley Edge situated 10 mins walk from the village (opposite alderley golf club and adjacent to the Oakwood). I have 2 spare double rooms but only intend to let one them. So there would be a choice of 2 bedrooms to any potential house mate. There are two bathrooms one of then being my on suite. So house mate would have use of their own bathroom. There is a large open kitchen dining room and separate shared lounge. And best of all I have a prize winning garden!!!
Most of my spare time is spent watching sport or in the garden. Pretty quiet during the week but like going out at weekend but on the same note enjoy quiet weekends with take aways etc.
