The semi-detached house is off the main road so away from the hustle and bustle, but still within walking distance of the action and perfectly situated for the motorway network, airport and city centre links. Recently fitted with a new kitchen (all appliances as well & breakfast bar) and shared shower room (no bath). There is a bright and spacious living room with French doors opening onto the large, private back garden.

The well-proportioned spare room is available now and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers & mirror.

Local Shops, takeaways & bus stop 2 minutes from the door. Asda Superstore is just a five minute drive. The trans-Pennine trail and Bridgwater canal are on the doorstep, giving instant access to beautiful walks and cycle rides to leafy Dunham, Lymn and beyond. Country pub grub!

15 minute walk from Altrincham centre, or 5 minutes by bus.
From kebabs to Cambodian, from Tapas to pasta, Altrincham has some of the best restaurants the region has to offer. Fancy a drink on a budget? There’s Costello’s (the Dunham brewery outlet), a Weatherspoons and various Sam Smiths pubs which all do the job. If you’d like to splash out there are the Belgian bars, wine bars and everything in between! The night life is great, if you’re interested.
