I have a lovely double room available in my home in Altrincham. Location wise it is 5 minutes walk from Navigation Rd station which benefits from both the Metrolink tram service as well as the train to Manchester/Chester providing great public transport links for anyone working in Altrincham, Manchester, Salford Keys or Knutsford.

Downstairs there is a large lounge, separate dinning room, a downstairs loo and the kitchen with French doors onto a beautiful garden complete with patio, shed and summer house. Upstairs there are three good sized double rooms and a bathroom. The available bedroom (pictured) has recently new furniture, including an ottoman storage bed as well as a large wardrobe.


The house is very much a home and so I am looking for a non-smoking female housemate who wants to live in a homely environment too. I work in London during the week and stay down there some weekends so a lot of the time there would just be two people in the house, but it would be nice to have people who were happy to socialise together when at home. You would be sharing with myself and Polly; I work in financial services and enjoy eating out, socialising with friends and travel, Polly, works in marketing for a fashion brand and enjoys holidays, exercise and socialising with friends.
