Double room in Alvanley village

I currently have a furnished double room available in my house.

The house comprises a fairly large lounge diner with a wood burner, and a kitchen, plus two double bedrooms and a single (used as storage). There is parking for two cars (one space will be taken by mine) and some outside storage for a bicycle, etc.

There is no shop in the village, but there is a pub about thirty seconds from the house! Helsby is close by with a Tesco and some other shops and takeaways. The motorway network is not too far away. For walking, running and cycling Delamere Forest is close by and the Sandstone Trail is on the doorstep. I regularly run, walk and cycle from the house and generally the roads are quiet.

I would be particularly interested in potential housemates who have varied interests, especially anyone with similar interests to myself.

The property is currently up for sale, which is why I am only looking for short term renters at the moment. If you search the postcode on Rightmove you can see more photos.
